MATT DUNCAN

Matt Duncan has a fine art background that eventually lead him into the film business. It was a natural crossover. The creation and execution of abstract ideas was a place he could thrive as a Production Designer in commercials for the past 20 years. Matt has won two Emmys working on Sesame Street, and was awarded Best Art Direction for 'Sophie: a Story of Discovery' at LJFFF. He has Art Directed in television, and assisted on numerous film projects.
The film background became a perfect fit for a different type of theater; restaurants and bars. Matt had the opportunity to bring his unique vision to Aspen, Colorado where he created and executed the concept and visual aesthetic for the restaurant Justice Snows in the historic Wheeler Opera House. After that, he collaborated on two more establishments in Brooklyn, NY: Café Paulette and Parish Wine Bar.
